About the Role:
As a Veeam Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our presence within the partner ecosystem. You will be a trusted advisor to our partners, helping them understand the value of Veeam solutions and how they can address their data protection and availability needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner strategy: Identify key stakeholders, understand partner needs, and create tailored strategies to drive Veeam adoption. This includes partner recruitment, enablement, and creating pipeline.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned partners and alliances to foster account growth and loyalty, contributing to new bookings
- Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales quotas by promoting Veeam solutions and creating leads for the sales team. This includes meeting targets for lead generation and quality pipeline growth
- Identify new business opportunities: Proactively prospect and qualify new leads within existing accounts and target new organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and other internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify opportunities for new revenue
- Stay up to date on Veeam products and services: Maintain a deep understanding of Veeam's offerings, including the latest features and capabilities, to effectively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records: Track partner interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems, including detailed information on cross-selling and upselling efforts.
- Represent CyberFortress at industry events: Attend conferences, webinars, and other events to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record: 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a focus on data protection, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure, demonstrating success in cross-selling and upselling.
- Veeam expertise: Strong knowledge of Veeam solutions and their applications in various industries. Understanding the Veeam ecosystem and how to navigate into. Veeam certifications are a plus.
- Strong sales acumen: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Relationship building skills: Ability to establish rapport and build trust with customers at all levels to cultivate long-term relationships and drive account growth.
- Self-starter and team player: Highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
